Ingredients
  • 1 (1 lb) smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces (I prefer Polska Kielbasa)
  • 4 medium potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1⁄4 cup water
Directions
  • Combine smoked sausage, potatoes, onion, bell pepper and water in a large pot.
  • Cover and simmer over medium heat 15 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are soft.
